Engineering Education

We see the future of engineering education becoming more inclusive through the use of hybrid VR and multi user virtual spaces. In our day jobs we have developed from homegrown VLE’s through to and beyond Moodle, seen online assessment come and go and come back again and still we rely on lectures, exams, and forums for the majority of engineering programme delivery despite national moves towards project based learning. We think the use of immersive tech will help engineering programmes move forward to help produce the engineers of the future in particular in the areas of communication, compassion and flexibility.
